Dear Mr. Salas:

Best wishes to you, hope all is well. I am writing this letter as a representative of the Amstel Hotel in regards to your previous request. Your request regarding storing 500 clams in three rooms for 12 nights, June 18–29.

According to our guidelines and policies, we cannot offer this service at this time. We take strict action in making sure all of our clients are well taken care of. We provide some of the best hospitality services in the entire region. We are ranked number one in expert care, we have many reviews online stipulating our various acts towards our clients. To keep providing excellent service we must take into consideration everyone’s well being especially our staff. Our staff is our priority in making sure they have a suitable work environment. Tending to clams would be put a strain on our employees who already do so much.

Although we are not able to provide this service we would still like to invite you to stay with us on June 18–29. We will be diligent in your stay to make sure that you are as comfortable as possible. As well as use our contacts throughout the city to procure you the best storage possible for your clams. If there are any additional questions or concerns please feel free to contact us directly at the Amstel Hotel.
