Dear Hotel Amstel Reservations:
Thank you for your fast responses to all of my letters. It is so nice to know that your establishment truly believes in customer service and doing your best for the client. From where I live it is not something to be expected anymore out of hotels. I understand that some of my requests were a little much but I have realized the mistakes in my thoughts.
I have made a decision on what I need from your organization to make my stay as comfortable as possible. In light of COVID-19, I am doing my best to take as many precautions as possible. I am telling you this so it informs the staff as to why I am requesting what I am requesting. I do not believe that these are outrageous as they are for my safety and the safety of others that I will be in close contact with.
The reason I am choosing this establishment is because you have a rich history of hospitality and care for your clients. I have no doubt that you all will extend to me the same amount of respect as you have others in the past. More now than ever we need establishments like yours that will respect the needs of others in this pandemic.
Now I am staying for only two days but need a week’s worth of fresh towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, wet towels, and free snacks. This is so that I do not have to ask anyone for more than I need at any moment. Also, it is so that there is no unnecessary entry into my room lessening the exposure I have to other people and the of me as well. These requests may seem outlandish and even of a different intent but I assure you that is completely for the safety of others and myself. Thank you for your help in this matter, I repeat I request: week’s worth of fresh towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, wet towels, and free snacks. I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
